Warehouse, shipping and deliveries

For service and shipping you have to bear with us as deliveries may take a little longer at this troubled times. Our warehouse is open and are doing all actions to ensure that they run operations safe and according to proposed governmental guidelines, including social distancing and hygienic etiquette, so that you can feel safe when picking up shipments from us.

We deliver with PostNord (Nordic Countries) and UPS (Europe & rest of the world). We are currently delivering according to plan and are experiencing very not to only small delays on orders. See more about deliveries and shipping. Shipping service is in some countries currently affected by the Covid-19 situation. Some UPS service points are not available, but the situation can rapidly change.

If you cannot pick up your order from your service point, please feel safe about the fact that DÆHLIE will receive the order back to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

Orders placed with Klarna invoice: Please notify Klarna about a return if you cannot pick up your order. This will keep you from receiving additional expenses. (not US).

Our customer service team is currently working from home, but just as ready to answer whatever you’re wondering about. Our operations are active at normal office hours 09:00 - 15:00 (GMT +2). During the Easter holidays we will stay calm and handle your questions after Easter.
