How do I place an order to a different country to where I am located myself?

Our webshop automatically directs you to the appropriate page according to your current location. To change this, and shop on a different site, you can change this yourself by clicking on the flag in the top menu. On mobile, you find this on the front-page menu.

How do I return my order?

To return an order you simply fill in the return form, enclose it with the products you wish to return, and stick the pre-paid shipping label on to the package. Please use packaging suitable for the purpose of shipping. Deliver the package to the same courier as used for the shipment.

I ordered the wrong size. How do I exchange it?

If you need to change sizes, please return the product to us. We will refund your money or adjust your invoice, and you can place a new order with a different size when you wish to.

I have returned part of my order. How do I get my money back?

When we receive your returned item, we refund your money back to the credit card that was used for the transaction when the order was placed. If you have paid by Klarna invoice we will adjust your invoice, and you will receive an updated one by email from Klarna.

I have chosen to pay by Klarna invoice. It is still unpaid, and now I need to return part of my order. Should I pay the invoice or wait?

You can off course pay the full invoice and get the refund later. If you choose to wait, it is for your safety, a good idea to log on to your Klarna account and report a return. This way the responsibility is ours until the return is handled by us. You will receive an updated invoice as soon as your return is processed.

I have a claim on a product bought in the webshop. How should I proceed?

Please contact us by sending us an email. You can find the contact form here: Remember to have your order number ready, and for a smooth process it is helpful to us that you include a picture of the damage and a description of how the damage happened.

Which are the countries DÆHLIE ships to?

We currently ship to most countries within The European Union, Switzerland, and Norway.

From which courier should I expect my order to be delivered?

In Norway, orders are shipped with Postnord. In Sweden, Denmark, and Finland orders are shipped with Bring. For the rest of Europe, orders are shipped with UPS. For some countries, we offer alternative shipping methods, and information about these is available in the check-out. 

How can I pay for my order?

We currently offer various payment methods. In the check-out, you see the exact methods available specifically for your country.
