CLAIMS

If you have received damaged or faulty items, please contact webshop@dahlie.com, and we will send you a new item or cancel the purchase in accordance to your consumer rights. Shipping cost on claims will be reimbursed.

Dæhlie warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty.

If you wish to make a warranty claim on a product bought in our web shop, please contact webshop@dahlie.com, where you state your order number and preferably include some pictures of the damage.

If you have a claim on a product bought in a store or another web shop, please contact it for assistance.
