Your favorite training session?
My most efficient session is the 10 x 2 minutes of “elghufs” (moosewalks). With 1 1/2 minute breaks in between.
Your favorite dry venue?
That would be the moosewalk trail from Saltvikhamn up the hills to the Skavlen radio tower.
Your favorite running surface?
The wetlands of Trøndelag is my favorite. It is more gentle, with softer hits for my legs. But at the same time it gives tremendous strength.
Your favorite training camp?
I remember the sensation of running under a blue sky a warm summer’s day in Seiser Alm. But still I’d prefer Mosvik for my training camp.
