Team Aker Dæhlie is the first private team to include athletes from Ski Classics, all-rounds, para, and young athletes. This initiative is called "BEYOND" and is about performing beyond just skiing fast
on the cross-country tracks

Team Aker Dæhlie was established in June 2022 by Aker ASA and Dæhlie Sportswear. The team aims to communicate that they are in a new position within professional cross-country skiing, with a focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion through the concept of Beyond.
The team will lead the way and achieve good results in various areas in addition to the sport itself. One sport includes and inspires effort. We are proud to be part of this journey.
One team achieving together
The team consists of renowned skiers from various nations, including Andrew Musgrave, Max Novak, Stian Hoelgaard, and Chris Jespersen.
Many athletes end their active skiing careers long before reaching their full potential. This is particularly challenging for women and para-athletes. Team AKER Dæhlie aims to provide opportunities for athletes who wish to pursue their skiing careers and assist them in terms of athletic development, health, and guidance for study and career choices.
